A done-for-you QR system for your shop: dynamic codes, a smart mobile page for your menu or prices, and a receipt scan that sends customers your Google review link. One price, no subscription.
One kit, three touchpoints. I design the QRs, build the pages behind them, and hand you print-ready files — you just put them up.
On your door or window: hours, directions, tap-to-call, and your Google reviews — so passersby can check you out in ten seconds and decide to come in.
On the counter or table: your full menu or price list, today's specials, and a booking or order button. Customers browse on their own phone — nothing to download, no app needed.
On the receipt or takeout bag: one scan opens a simple page every customer sees — your Google review link, and a separate private-feedback form that goes straight to you. Same options for everyone; no screening, no filtering.
Every ScanSprout code opens a fast mobile page built for your business type — designed by me, readable on any phone, no app required.
Full menu with prices, daily specials, hours, tap-to-call, directions, and an order or reservation button.
Service menu with prices, stylist info, hours, and a booking button — clients check prices before they even call.
Services and service-area list, photo gallery, reviews, tap-to-call, and a quote-request form that lands in your inbox.
Hours, directions, new arrivals, current promotions, and your Google reviews — everything a passerby wants in one scan.
Services, practitioner info, hours, intake or booking link, and clear contact buttons for new patients.
Current listings, open-house details, and a contact form — on the sign, in the window, on every flyer.
The receipt scan opens one simple page with two choices, side by side, for everyone — no screening, no filtering, no holding anyone back. That's what Google's review policy requires, and it's what honest businesses want anyway.
One tap takes every customer — happy or not — straight to your Google review page, while the experience is fresh, which is when people actually leave reviews.
A separate form that goes directly to you, offered to everyone on the same page. Problems reach you fast — but nobody is steered away from reviewing publicly.
Why I build it this way: sending only happy customers to Google — "review gating" — violates Google's policy and can get reviews removed or the profile suspended. So I don't build that, for anyone.
Printed a QR code, then changed your menu? With a static code that print run is garbage. ScanSprout codes are dynamic — the print stays the same, I change where it points.
New menu, new prices, new hours, holiday hours, a seasonal promo — business as usual.
Send a message with the update. No dashboard to learn, no login to remember, no DIY.
I change your smart page and re-point the codes — usually within one business day. Every printed QR keeps working.
Flowcode, HiHello, Beaconstac, QR-menu apps: self-service platforms where you do the setup and the useful features sit on paid tiers. ScanSprout is the opposite — done for you, one price.

Pick the kit that fits. Every tier includes the dynamic codes, the smart page, and print-ready designs — the difference is how many touchpoints you get.
One touchpoint, fully done for you. A good way to see the system working in your shop.
The full system: all three touchpoints working together, with the review + feedback flow on the receipt scan.
Hands-off maintenance for busy owners. Add it to any tier — cancel anytime.
On my roadmap: digital punch-card loyalty (scan-per-visit rewards for cafés and salons) — coming later, free upgrade discussion for ScanSprout clients. Not part of v1.
Text me the change and I update your smart page — usually within one business day. Because the QR codes are dynamic, every code you've already printed keeps working. You never reprint because of a price change.
No. They point their phone camera at the code and the page opens in their browser — menu, hours, booking, review page, all of it. Works on iPhone and Android with nothing to install.
I design print-ready files for every touchpoint — counter cards, window decals, receipt inserts. You print them at any local print shop (I'll suggest affordable options near you). I don't print or ship physical items myself.
Right — Starter and Journey are one-time prices; your codes and page keep working with no monthly fee. The Care plan (CA$39/mo) is optional — cancel anytime, everything keeps working.
Your business name, logo if you have one, your menu / price list / services, hours, address, and phone number. That's it — I handle the design, the pages, the codes, and the print files.
I don't promise rankings, customers, or revenue — nobody honest can. ScanSprout removes friction: hours, menu, and review in one scan instead of five steps — so more of the customers you already have follow through.
