Nothing starts until you've approved a fixed written quote. Quotes are honoured for 30 days. If the scope changes mid-project, I quote the change plainly before doing it — no surprise invoices.

Cancel any time by email. Before work starts: full refund of anything paid. After work starts: the deposit is kept and you owe nothing further.
One full revision round is included with every website project. Further rounds are quoted plainly before I start them — you'll never be billed for revisions you didn't approve.
Timelines on the services page are honest estimates: one-page sites typically live within 5 business days of kickoff; five-page sites take 1–2 weeks. Late content or feedback moves the timeline by the same amount; bigger builds get a timeline in the written quote.
