Nothing starts until you've approved a fixed written quote. Quotes are honoured for 30 days. If the scope changes mid-project, I quote the change plainly before doing it — no surprise invoices.

Cancel any time by email. Before work starts: full refund of anything paid. After work starts: the deposit is kept, and you owe nothing further. If I've delivered work beyond the deposit's value, I'll show you exactly what that covers.
One full revision round is included with every website project. Further rounds are quoted plainly before I start them — you'll never be billed for revisions you didn't approve.
Timelines on the services page are honest estimates: one-page sites typically live within 5 business days of kickoff once I have your content; five-page sites take 1–2 weeks. If you're late sending content, photos, or feedback, the timeline moves by the same amount. Bigger builds get a clear timeline up front in the written quote.
